This package comes with twenty-three 10 button IP desk sets, one premium large display feature Deskset with programmable soft keys, one 24 button reception style expansion module, and one T1/PRI gateway to connect one digital circuit with up to 23 lines.
No matter how many phones you buy (up to 100 max per site) there is a voicemail box with up to 30 minutes of voice storage that comes default with each extension. Each phone comes with an A/C power adapter to plug into the wall or you have the option to use a Power over Ethernet data switch to power your phones. New PoE data switches can be provided if needed.

Initial configuration is capable of:

  • "Build-your-own configuration" type system. Buy only the interfaces and telephones that you need, or TeleDataPlus also has pre-built packages available that suit the most common business needs.
  • Plug-and-Play type installation builds phone system site automatically assigns IP addresses via DHCP or statically, depending on your network. This reduces installation time and helps end-user learning curve.
  • Each desk phone has a LAN "pass-through", meaning you can plug your PC's LAN connection into the back of your phone. This means faster installation and simplified cabling.
  • Each Synapse system has Voicemail capability built-in with up to 30 minutes of storage per extension
  • Internetwork multiple remote sites or office branches as one using SIP lines.
  • Capable of any combination of AT&T Synapse equipment (up to 100 total) including:

    • Up to (4) 4-port PSTN (Analog line) gateways for a maximum of 16 Analog lines
    • Max (1) T1/PRI Gateway for connecting incoming digital trunk
    • Max (1) SIP Gateway for connection of up to 16 SIP trunks and 10 SIP services
    • Up to (4) ATA modules, each ATA module provides connection for 1 external paging amplifier, 1 Music-on-Hold device, and 2 analog extensions(fax machines, credit card machines, cordless telephones) The ATA also houses the capability of group voicemail mailboxes.
    • Basic Desk Phone with 3-line executive LCD backlit display, 10 programmable feature buttons, and 3 context-sensitive soft-keys.
    • Feature Desk Phone with 5” 5-line premium LCD backlit display, 6 programmable soft-keys and 4 context-sensitive soft-keys
    • Feature Desk Phone with PoE- same as the Feature Desk Phone, but with Power over Ethernet capability.
    • Desk Phone Expansion Module- pairs with Basic or Feature Desk Phone and provides additional 24 programmable buttons. Max 10 per system.
    • Dect 6.0 Handset with recharging base pairs with Feature Desk Phone, provides mobile call handling
    • A variety of cordless headsets that pair with Feature Desk Phones and provide class-leading talking range of up to 500 feet. Max 6 per system
